Establish the baseline

Together, we document the starting point in a V0 spec. That means the tools, data, decisions and manual steps that happen today.

Next is the V1 spec: a clear plan for what we’re building and how it should work.

We map what people do, what runs automatically, what follows fixed rules and where AI can help interpret or create. We recommend the tools (which you’ll own), identify the approval points and agree what success looks like. Scope, ownership and handoff expectations are clear before the build begins.
